Repairs or replacement under the guarantee will be carried out as quickly as possible however you should allow up to 30 days for this. Faulty items will be tested and if a claim is made under this guarantee and the defect is not due to faulty materials or manufacture, or the product is found to be in working order, Kettering Koi & Ponds Ltd will return the product to the customer.
